Architects for Coaching:
   Implementing A Coaching Strategy

Making sure learning is applied in real life is where the rubber meets the road. How can we really make sure your learning investment is actualized in on-the-job performance improvement?

The most important person in this effort is the manager's role as coach.

To build managers' coaching expertise, we involve managers in skill practice. We create tools that make it concrete for a manager to more easily and consistently assure application and achievement.

People Architects has an integrated coaching curriculum proven to sharpen your leaders’ efforts. Developing mangers to juggle roles as coaches, strategizers, team builders, and customer ambassadors optimizes efforts.

Specific coaching skills are enhanced:
     • Setting Expectations
     • Assessing Performance
     • Giving Feedback
